and welcome our customers wholeheartedly. Although we try our level best to make
them feel satisfied with our products and services and we all know to err is human,
if in such case, our customers don’t feel satisfied in any way, in such a situation,
we apologetically welcome our customers to apply for a mutually consented resolution.
We have named it our Returns and Exchange policy which is as following: |

(A) Damaged Products: The product may be damaged in two general conditions-
• Damaged during the transit of the item
• Manufacturing defect
|

(B) Wrong Items Received: It is the case when you receive an item other than you
ordered or misrepresentation of the item on the site due to technical error.

|
|
In
all the conditions mentioned above in (A) & (B), our customers are requested
to contact us via E-mail at radhikasarees4u@gmail.com within 24 hours of the receipt
of your delivery. –

|
• The only thing required is that you keep the item concerned with you along with
all its packing materials in which you received the delivery.
• You will be provided
with the relevant instructions on how to proceed as quickly as possible so that
we can take immediate possible action to sort out the problem.
• If the problem
is found to be genuine, we will Express Ship a Replacement item within the earliest
possible time with no extra shipping cost to you.
• In case if the original item
you ordered earlier is out of stock or unavailable, then you are requested to choose
an alternative item from the same price range.
• We will Express Ship the Exchanged
item to you with no extra shipping cost.
• All this process of Exchanging of the
Damaged or Defected item is done as per your prior consent.
• If the customer is
neither interested in exchanging the original item with the identical exchanged
item nor in exchanging the original item with other alternative from the same price
range, we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever

(C) Misfit items (Stitched) or Variation in Style:
We provide our customers with
a Measurement Form to be filled with precision while placing an order for stitched
items so as to lower down the chances of receipt of misfit item’s delivery. We take
into full consideration the measurements provided by you in the Measurement Form
while getting your item stitched. In case. if it is found to be an error on our
part-

• We welcome our customers to have alterations as per needed for free and
to & fro shipping charges will be our responsibility.
• If no repair or alterations
for the original item you ordered is possible, we will send a free identical replacement
plus free shipping charges.
• You are requested to choose any other alternative
item from the same price range in case if the replacement of the identical item
you ordered earlier is no longer available.
• No refund can be made under any circumstances.
We will request the customer to ship back the item to us in India for alterations
at our cost or arrange a pick from their address and send back after the alterations
or if it would not be possible to alter them then ship replacement the item with
no extra cost to you.
• If the error is found to be on the customer’s part, we still
do the alterations for free. In some exceptionally rare cases when the additional
original fabric no longer be made available then we might have to use matching color
plain fabric for alteration. It is to be taken into consideration that the customer
will have to bear the shipping charges an in some rarest of rare cases the cost
of the replacement fabric.
• Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we
are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange
or store credit. We have the sole discretion in deciding whether to or not to accept
returns on case to case basis depending on the merit of the case.

(D) Damaged Parcel
Received: We ensure that our customers receive their ordered products as safe as
we dispatch them. In case, you find the outer packing damaged-
|
|
|
• You are requested
to verify those items, their quality and their quantity with invoice before accepting
the package from the courier agency.
• In case of any discrepancy, either refuse
to accept the package or accept the package only after putting some proof mark on
it.
• Do lodge a complaint with the local office of the courier agency so that we
may pursue them.

|
(E) Wrong Address Provided or Unclaimed Delivery:
|
|
|
• If the delivery
packages are returned back to the radhikasarees.com in India due to the reasons
on the part of the customer like house found locked, wrong or incomplete address
or unclaimed or refused delivery, the customer is subject to pay 25% restocking
fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by radhikasarees.com
to send and return back the shipment.
• The customers will have to bear the shipping
charges for the reshipment in case of a reshipment of the same order.

(F) Refund
Policy against Cancelled Orders:
For all the approved cancellations and refunds,
an amount of 10% will be deducted from the order amount as cancellation or refund
fees.
|
|
|
|
|
(G) Partial Refunds: If a customer have ordered for multiple products and
in case the delivery of certain items is not possible, then the customer is requested
to choose alternative items or if the customer isn’t interested in alternative items,
then the customer will be refunded against the non-delivered products and services
along with their shipping charges without any delay.
|
|
|
|
|
(H) Credits: All credits to
be posted to a customer’s credit card account takes about 3 business days to be
processed. The corresponding bank of the customer may take about 2 business days
to actually post these to the customer’s accounts from the date we processed the
credits. The customer can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
General Returns guide for Customers

• If any problem(s) occur regarding any thing,
you are requested to report or inform us first as immediately as possible via email
within 24 hours of receiving the item concerned at radhikasarees4u@gmail.com
• It is Strongly recommended that the customers do not send an item back to us in India
until and unless you have verified with us and ; no credit or replacement shall
be given on such items. (the ones which would be sent back to us without our prior
knowledge)
• Always return your item(s) via registered or reliable airmail or courier
which do provide the delivery proof; and forward the tracking details to us and
keep the airways bills till it be delivered to us.
• The shipping costs of sending
back the package to India above what the customer paid for shipping charges while
receiving them from India are to be borne by the customer
• In case of returns of
the delivered items by the customer, it is requested to return within 7 working
days of confirmation from our end and with original packing.
• The returned items
should not be worn, washed, used or altered and to be returned in the same condition
in which it is delivered form India to you.
• In case of the returned items, please
make sure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
• A safe delivery to our
customers is our foremost responsibility and we positively expects from our customers
(for returns items) the same response as it will not be possible for us to sort
out your problem or help you if we receive the item to be returned as damaged caused
during the transit of the item or if the item delivered to us without the original
package.
• The customers are requested to mark the items as defective returns and
not for sale.
